Featured Recipe #4 - Healing Apple Fennel Ginger Butternut Squash Soup (Dinner)

HEALING APPLE FENNEL GINGER BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP
 
 
2 Cups Bone Broth (Heat on stove)
 
Bake, steam, or lightly sautee:
1 organic Fennel Bulb
2 organinc Apples
1 organic butternut Squash
2 organic Onions
1 small piece organic ginger
 
*Pure in two batches in your vitamix.
 
 
 
 
Serve warm, top with spices, salt, pepper.
 
 
 
Enjoy!

Featured Recipe #3 - Organic Cabbage Lamb Rolls with gaucamole (dinner)

 
 
 
 
In a crock pot, cook organic grass fed lamb (ground) for the day.

In a cast iron pan, sautee Rainbow Swiss chard, spinach, parsley, garlic and an onion. 
 



Steam Cabbage rolls in a double boiler steamer until soft enough to wrap.
Mix lab and greens together.
Serve with homemade guacamole (Avacodo, lemon juice, garlic powder, pink salt)
Wrap up into a roll that can be picked up.


Serve with a side of mashed organic squash.

Featured Recipe #2 - Anti-inflamatory Tumeric and Ginger Coconut Milk Tea (Morning, Snack, or After Dinner)


One of my favorite healthy anti-inflammatory detox tea.  I came by this "Milk Tea" recipe by accident when I was trying to create something else.  This is now a popular evening drink of mine.
 

1 Whole Thai Young Coconut (Meat and Water)  Or Can or organic coconut milk if you don't have it.
Organic Cinnamon Spice
Organic Ginger (real if you have, if not organic spice)
Organic Turmeric (real if you have, if not organic spice
1 heaping tsp Royal Jelly to sweeten
*Blend all ingredients in vitamix until very warm.   Drink as chia tea.  Enjoy!
