Featured Recipe #2 - Anti-inflamatory Tumeric and Ginger Coconut Milk Tea (Morning, Snack, or After Dinner)


One of my favorite healthy anti-inflammatory detox tea.  I came by this "Milk Tea" recipe by accident when I was trying to create something else.  This is now a popular evening drink of mine.
 

1 Whole Thai Young Coconut (Meat and Water)  Or Can or organic coconut milk if you don't have it.
Organic Cinnamon Spice
Organic Ginger (real if you have, if not organic spice)
Organic Turmeric (real if you have, if not organic spice
1 heaping tsp Royal Jelly to sweeten
*Blend all ingredients in vitamix until very warm.   Drink as chia tea.  Enjoy!
