Featured Recipe #4 - Healing Apple Fennel Ginger Butternut Squash Soup (Dinner)

HEALING APPLE FENNEL GINGER BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP
 
 
2 Cups Bone Broth (Heat on stove)
 
Bake, steam, or lightly sautee:
1 organic Fennel Bulb
2 organinc Apples
1 organic butternut Squash
2 organic Onions
1 small piece organic ginger
 
*Pure in two batches in your vitamix.
 
 
 
 
Serve warm, top with spices, salt, pepper.
 
 
 
Enjoy!

Featured Recipe #3 - Organic Cabbage Lamb Rolls with gaucamole (dinner)

 
 
 
 
In a crock pot, cook organic grass fed lamb (ground) for the day.

In a cast iron pan, sautee Rainbow Swiss chard, spinach, parsley, garlic and an onion. 
 



Steam Cabbage rolls in a double boiler steamer until soft enough to wrap.
Mix lab and greens together.
Serve with homemade guacamole (Avacodo, lemon juice, garlic powder, pink salt)
Wrap up into a roll that can be picked up.


Serve with a side of mashed organic squash.

Featured Recipe #2 - Anti-inflamatory Tumeric and Ginger Coconut Milk Tea (Morning, Snack, or After Dinner)


One of my favorite healthy anti-inflammatory detox tea.  I came by this "Milk Tea" recipe by accident when I was trying to create something else.  This is now a popular evening drink of mine.
 

1 Whole Thai Young Coconut (Meat and Water)  Or Can or organic coconut milk if you don't have it.
Organic Cinnamon Spice
Organic Ginger (real if you have, if not organic spice)
Organic Turmeric (real if you have, if not organic spice
1 heaping tsp Royal Jelly to sweeten
*Blend all ingredients in vitamix until very warm.   Drink as chia tea.  Enjoy!

Featured Recipe #1 - Apple Pie Smoothie (Breakfast)

GUT HEALING APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE
 
Core and bake apples in a small amount of water until soft.   Cover with organic Cinnamon.
 
 
Make your own organic goat milk Keifer -- or buy organic keifer from store. 
 
Add Apples and kefir to Vitamix. 
 
Organic Goat Milk Protien Powder
Collagen Powder
Bee Pollen
tsp raw honey or royal jelly
1/2 inch organic vanilla bean
Grated organic Ginger
Organic Flax and Chia seed powder
Organic Coconut Milk.
 
 
 
Blend in vitamix on HIGH until warm.

DAILY MENU (EVERY DAY -- FOR NEXT 100 DAYS)

UPON WAKING -- Drink a warm water with lemon

MORNING -- Drink a green powdered water with: chlorophyll, spirulina, phytoplankton, and barely grass.





BREAKFAST - Smoothie with approved fruit from list.  Use homemade organic kefir, goats milk Protein powder,  collagen powder, aloe, bee pollen, and organic sprouted chia and flax seed powder.
If you are out of royal jelly, use either raw honey or organic stevia to sweeten.
*Bake the fruit or heat in vitamix until warm.  Serve smoothie warm.




AM SUPPLEMENTS: Probiotics, collagen, vitamin C, colostrum, desiccated liver, vitamin D

MID-MORNING DRINK - Fresh Vegetable juice (1 cup). Colored (orange, red, etc).  No fruit.



LUNCH - Bone Broth (Chicken) & fermented food & left overs from dinner the night before, or approved cooked food from list.





AFTERNOON DRINK - Vegetable Juice (1 cup) Green vegetables only.

LATE AFTERNOON DRINK - Bone Broth (Beef marrow bone)




DINNER -- Cooked meal from approved food list only with fermented food on side. 
Sauteed Vegetables from list
Meat or fish from list.


 


 


SUPPLEMENTS - More probiotics  

EVENING DRINK-- Tea (TURMERIC, GINGER, LEMON, or PEPPERMINT) 




No food after 6:30 (to free up digestion).  

BEFORE BED -- Warm glass of lemon water

* Room temperature or warm foods and drinks only. No cold foods/drinks.
* All foods should come from the food list only.

MY FOODS REFERENCE GUIDE

ELIMINATE THESE FOODS 100%
1. Gluten (wheat, rye, barely)
2. Grains
3. Coffee (Caffeine)
4. Sugar (anything beyond 1 tbsp of raw honey per day)
5. Dried fruits
6.  Hydrogenated Oils
7.  Fast Food/Processed/Packaged Foods
8.  Specific Food Sensitivities that you may have.
9.  Raw Cocoa Nibs (that could have caffeine, stimulating)
10.  Any adaptanagenic herbs


BASIC DIET -- FOODS TO HEAL Leaky Gut  (Easy on digestion)

Bone Broth
Consume every day (it is loaded with amino acids that help repair the gut)
Beef bones with marrow higher in minerals.  Chicken backs, neck, and feet higher in collagen

Fermented Foods
Probiotic Kefir fermented for 24 hours ( goats, sheep, or A2 cows). No conventional /A1 cows.
Fermented Vegetable - Sauerkraut, kivas, Kimchi
Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp per day)
Sauerkraut  and Sauerkraut Juice
Pickles and Pickle Juice (Dill)
Coconut Kefir
kombuchia (minus sugar and caffeine, decaf green tea)


VEGETABLES
***Eat organic. Cook them wherever possible for now.  (Except in fresh juices.)
ALL Vegetables, especially dark leafy greens and rainbow colored fruits and vegetables.
Vegetables should comprise 70% of plate (most of plate) the rest is the side dish to veggies.

Dark, green leafy vegetables (kale and swiss chard)

FRUITS
**Limit fruit for now for sugar content.  Eat fresh fruit once or twice a day.  Never juice. 
Try to stick to:

fresh figs
fresh blackberries
baked apples
Pears
Cherries
Pomegranate

FISH
- Wild caught fish.  (Obviously you can't have organic, but stay away from farm fed even if organic.  You lose out on everything that the fish naturally eat in the ocean.)
- Limit LARGE fish for mercury content.  (ex. Tuna.   Although I love tuna and do eat it because it has many other health benefits and is actually the top fish for specific highest value of nutrients.)
- Choose Salmon, halibut, sardines, cod, etc. 

MEAT
Organic grass fed meats and liver

Chicken, beef, turkey, lamb, buffalo
(all animal products should make up no more than 25% of your total diet in my opinion.  Eat as a side dish to the cooked vegetables or in soups, etc.)

- Avoid all Feedlot animals, and only grass fed, pasture raised, free range animals.  This avoids exposure to hormones, antibiotics, carcinogens.
(25% of diet = a side dish to your meal)

DAIRY
No conventional dairy.  Organic cultured only.
Organic goat Keifer
Organic Goat Yogurt
Cultured dairy has many probiotics that the body can use to heal the gut.

EGGS
Cut out for at least first 30 days
Organic Free Range only.  Add raw poached or cooked Egg yolks after a few weeks.  Then whites. 

NUTS/SEEDS
- Limited
*Sprouted or butters only
*No peanuts.
Sprouted Walnuts
Sprouted Flax
Sprouted Chia
Coconut Water, Meat, Butter
Macadamia Nuts
Sprouted Organic Pumpkin, Almond, and Tahini butter (after first 30 days)

SPROUTS 
Make your own organic sprouts.  Broccoli and sunflower are powerhouses. 

HERBS
- Grow your own organic herbs.  They have antibacterial properties and cleansing properties and are full of nutrition.  Don't take an adaptagenic herbs.  Or herbal remedies that are psychotropic.

OILS/FATS
High quality cold pressed coconut oil, olive oil, flaxseed oil, organic ghee. 

SPICES 
Spices are powerhouses as well, turmeric, ginger, and garlic are my winners. 

SEA VEGETABLES
Sea weeds
Sea vegetables
Sea Green Powders (Chorella, spirulina, blue green algae, etc)

BEANS
Limit for at least first 30 days. Then add back in a small amount of Organic Sprouted beans
Black
White
Garbanzo for Homemade Hummus Only

GRAINS
Take out grains for first few weeks, then add back in the non-gluten grains (small amount per week)
Organic sprouted wild rice
Organic sprouted Quinoa
Organic Sprouted Amaranth

SWEETENERS
Raw honey, royal jelly, Stevia.  
Occasionally raw coconut nectar.

PINK HYMILAYN SALT
Consume on foods, try to also get a potassium rich food like coconut water to balance the ratio.

JUICING
Juice organic Vegetables.   Two 8 ounce glasses daily.  No fruit.
Serve room temp, not cold.

BLENDING
Blend smoothies with healing foods only every morning with vitamix.
Cooked baked fruits, or warmed in the vitamix.  Warming smoothies only.

RAW VS COOKED
For this program, eat cooked vegetables.   Juice raw vegetables. 

WATER
Drink LOTS of Fresh clean water.
The best water you can get is spring water.  City water is the worst.
I get spring Water and filter it with my Berky Water filter.

If you happen to be on city water, you must filter your water for safety.  Your drinking water will most likely be contaminated with high levels of fluoride and chlorine, both very harmful substances.   As well as other toxic contaminants, including arsenic, prescription medications, and other poisons.  The fluoride in your water isn’t the same as the naturally occurring mineral fluorine, it is an industrial waste byproduct of the phosphate fertilizer industry.

If it’s not financially feasible to buy a whole-house water filtration system (such as Pelican Water Systems or pure water freedom, I suggest the Berkey Water Filter (which I use!), as an affordable option, which will eliminate most chemicals.

Essential Oils or Foods -- for reducing inflammation (rub on body)
Peppermint Oil
Fennel Oil

(internally in small doses, rub on your body topically)

- Cleaning Supplies, Laundry Detergent, Dishwashing Detergent - Choose Natural Safe products instead with no toxic ingredients
- Teflon Cookware - Choose cast iron, Cooper, or Stainless Steel instead.
